Founded in 2010 by Kevin and Phillipa Wood in Darling on the West Coast. Its beers are slow-fermented in small batches, and each is inspired by an endangered species, starting with Slow Beer and the geometric tortoise. The DB Tasteroom in Darling pours them alongside food.
